Taking A Stake In The Lake

T-shirt-image

Each year the Lands’ End Go Green Team organizes volunteers from around the office to spend the day cleaning up our Dane County lakes, streams and wetlands. This year they ventured to Lake Farm Park, along the shores of Lake Waubesa, armed with saws and oversized clippers and successfully removed invasive species like buckthorn and honeysuckle that have been overtaking trails around the lake. When all was said and done the team hauled out 51 dump trucks worth of invasive flora.
